Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
The annual gas safety check every rented property with a gas appliance must have by law. Our Gas Safe registered engineer checks gas appliances, pipework and flues, then issues your report within 24 hours.
Boiler Service
A full annual service of your boiler to keep it running efficiently and prevent breakdowns before they happen. We inspect and clean the key working parts, clean the magnetic filter, and check the system for blockages.
Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Alarm Test
We check your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are present, correctly positioned and working, so you meet the alarm regulations.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
The energy rating certificate you must have to let or sell a property, produced by our accredited domestic energy assessor and valid for 10 years. We send your EPC with improvement recommendations within 24 hours.
Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Report
A practical report on how to improve your property's EPC rating cost-effectively, so you can plan ahead of the proposed 2030 band C standard. Any improvements we recommend will be realistic and, where possible, backed up by a quote.
Portable Appliance Test (PAT test)
The standard test to prove the appliances you provide to your tenants are safe. Visual inspection plus a full test record. Easily combined with other inspections.
Legionella Risk Assessment
A check of the water system for conditions that let legionella grow. We give your property a clear risk rating and set out simple steps to keep the risk low, written up in a report you can rely on.
Bundle and save
Most properties need three or four of these checks. Combining them into one visit removes the separate call-out fees and the repeated access arrangements — and everything comes back on one report, on one bill.
